What to Expect
During your 90-minute HBOT session, you will breathe in 88 - 94% pure oxygen at a higher-than-normal atmospheric pressure while inside our hardshell 1.5 ATA hyperbaric chamber. Our hyperbaric chamber may be set between 1.3 - 2.0 ATA, depending on your preferences and goals.
How to Prepare
You may feel your ears pop while the chamber climbs to maximum pressure and again while depressurizing at the end of your session—this is normal! It feels very similar to the pressure in an airplane.
We provide oxygen masks, a blanket, and chewing gum to help make your experience pleasant and relaxing.
Feel free to read, nap, or simply relax during this therapy.

This therapy cannot be done within 24 hours of a flight.
You must complete a telehealth clearance with our licensed physician before your first HBOT treatment. This can be done in the spa before your appointment.
